Suite 101 - is a online free article service. They almost cover every subject and their home page says they have 7 million visitors per month. In fact, they hire Freelance Writers now. The coolest thing about the site is their bold stance on using icons in the home page. Compared with other sites which puts up the headlines, or snapshots of articles, Suite 101 lets the user find his/her destination and then cruise through.

I really like the icons for their simplicity, and they are easily understandable. Visit Suite101.com

I have provided 4 use cases - Create User, Delete User, Edit User and User Settings.Of these, Edit User (editing profiles) and User Settings (App settings pertaining to the user) may sound very similar but can be used for different application.
