Accused tried and proven guilty

Yeah free even though you were proven guilty,

What you did is forgiven my beloved,
I forgave you when you did this to me, when you messed me up

I knew you were bound to fall and I held you up and prayed that you remain strong

Yes I was in the watch as your enemies hustled me
I endured death threats and insults from your enemies
I took the shame for your sake and went out of my way to protect you
I rendered a deaf ear to all those advised me against your character

Yeah all these I did not because I was a fool
But it is because I believed in you, and your potential
I believed you could make a better person than what you were,
I believed I could trust you even better with my Love

I did all this because I LOVED YOU,
I would do the same again because it’s not about you
Its never about what you do but what I promised to be

I knew the risks of trusting you but I took them
I knew the risks of loving a young heart but I took the chances
