I have a genius baby - he's my meal ticket outta here!

,

Today I got a call from my ex-wife. She had just dropped my son off at nursery and had to call me to tell me what the owner of the nursery had said. My son is 17 months old and he talks very well. He can sing "Wheels on the bus" and other songs and understands a huge amount of what we say to him. He's a very alert baby and very, very dextrous!

There are two rooms in the nursery - one for babies and the other for toddlers. Toddlers are aged 2 and over and are on the other side of the building seperated by a foyer and two gates. My son likes to call his sister, who is in the toddler room, over to the gate where he can see her and talk to her. The nursery owner had been considering taking him over there for some time because he's the only baby who is really talking and he's not getting any stimulation being in the baby room but she couldn't believe it when she checked his file and saw he was only 17 months!

All of the staff who work there love him! He's there 3 days a week and you can see that they love it when he's there because the baby room is pretty boring without him!

I'm so proud to have a baby genius! I hope he wins the nobel prize and can afford a really good nursing home when I'm old and grey!
