Rita's Rant. RRrrrRRRRrrr....

FABBY FUN!!!

, , ,

I just want to use this medium to talk a bit about stuffs. Mind you, i'm not depressed, neither am i bored, i just want to talk about something worth talking about!

VALUES
With what i see around me these days i wonder if people still remember the one word known as VALUE. Everyone is trying as much as they can to fit perfectly into the 21st century trend and they are doing it without minding consequences, they don't care and they'd be like.......''OH! DON'T WORRY, THAT CAN'T HAPPEN TO ME. NEVER! TRUST ME''.
You just watch this human being walk away and continue in his/her own stupidity which they clearly cannot see.....WHY? The 21st century TREND!

I must confess that i am not truly impressed with what i see everyday, people have lost the key sensible word....VALUE. No one takes notice of good deeds anymore, they just want to do their own thing, it's cool if people are impressed. WHAT??? PEOPLE??? WHAT ABOUT YOU???
There are a whole lot of things i'll talk about here that channels directly to loss of value but mostly among youths/teens. I'll group them in various aspects. Just 3

1.) SEX:- i'm sure someone just whistled, 'yeah, right! Save us the Darbus monologue'.
Well, the truth must be told! People ,most particularly, the youths have lost their sense of value towards the sexual intercourse issue. They've turned it into a hobby. It's like someone put up an invisible law that when you start growing beards, having deep voices, having penile maturity, it's time to have a good time with girls and play it as a game! Same goes for the girls.
Virginity is less talked about these days, i dare to say that in every 28 girls in a room only 2 are virgins,in severe cases, none at all. That is to show how terrible values are been killed with the bullets of 21st century trend! Mothers wake up! Train your daughters both spiritually and physically. Fathers, man up! Do your job as a father and stop chasing cash, train your boys! Big boys are the ones who can control their fleshy desires.

2.) RESPECT:- yeah, this part is hard but very important! Do unto others what you want them to do to you in return. You can't sow yam and hope to reap corn......NEVER! You'll gain back yams. Respect for elders and parents are one value young people have lost, we must regain it. Stop acting like you know it all, stay humble! No matter the technology knowledge you have, the mommas and papas still have the most authentic knowledge. Know that when you disrespect them today, as you grow older, same thing would happen to you.

3.) DECENCY:- This part i want to talk about focuses mostly on the dress aspect and the young adult's view of fashion.
Teens of today view fashion as an avenue to display their inner 'gods and goddesses' ;i for one don't think that's wrong but it is somewhat done in a way that seems absurd and crazy. Guys now plait hair, girls now dye their hairs pink, blue, yellow, violet.....in fact! All colors of the rainbow for those ones who have serious courage.....both guys and girls are guilty here.
The dress aspect is nonsense in the highest esteem, everyone now dresses to impress and not the norm that says 'DRESS IN A MANNER THAT GIVES YOU COMFORT', but these days as long as the public is comfortable, their personal comfort makes no sense. Boys now sag trousers like prisoners and leave shirt buttons open and they call it SWAG! Girls dress like boys and worse of all the dictionary made it appealing with the term TOMBOY. They now dress half naked but in severe cases stark naked. Let's all come back to the so called obsolete ages who had more sense even though they didn't have all the advanceed technology. They seemed to think with clear heads than us.

So this is where i end it for now! Values have to be regained. Let's do it! We can do it!
