Hmm

:frown:

Last days

Unfortunately I am back in Adelaide. I'm feeling somewhat upset and sad :frown: My friends don't know I'm back (I told them but they forgot, you know, it's so hard to read your old emails)... and I don't even feel like meeting with them.

I cleaned my room today and after 6 hours of cleaning, I'm still not finished. I'm throwing everything out :D I don't see the point of keeping old books from when i was small just so they can collect dust. All I need fits into my suitcase.

Anyway, before I start getting to depressed, some photos:)

Lunch for 1 Euro

Today I only spent 1 Euro on lunch and I didn't even step into a McDonalds.

I went to Mueller and bought baby food; banana pudding/semonlina/I have no idea what it actually is. It's not that bad actually, although the banana flavour isn't very strong.

Right at the moment, I can't be bothered writing anything here. Plus, I have managed to write a substantial amount in my MS Word diary, so I don't need to write it here  But here is some stuff anyway...

Before I left Hamburg on Friday, my housemate, Miss S gave me a present: a postcard, strawberry filled chocolate and Ritter Sport (rum, frit and nut)

My housemates in Hamburg were really great. I'd say they were my fvaourite housemates. We actually socialised. In the other WGs (errr...English? shared house?) I talked to my housemate/s but we never actually did anything together.

On Friday afternoon I travelled to Bielefeld. I took a mitfahrgelegenheit...something really smelt. The car smelt like cigarettes and disinfectant mixed together and then there was a strange, unidentified smell. I think it was someone's breath. It was so bad that I even checked my shoes! :yuck:

During the week my housemate made self made pasta with parsley pesto. It tasted so good that I decided to make it yesterday and it was good

Hand made pasta, with self made parsley pesto :D

The something-forest in Bielefeld. I went walking there today and was amazed by the amount of families there. When I go walking in Adelaide, it's rare to see families out together.

Breakfast at Cafe May with Miss S and Mr A. I ate so much :frown: Custard tart thing, plum cake, 2 rolls, ham ,cheese, orangejuice, fruit, ham salad....(ham salad sounds not very nice but it tastes alright)

Mr A told us a funny story. He usually goes to a cafe in Hambrug with his type writer and writes. Some customers complained about the noise of the type writer and the cafe staff told him he shouldn't bring it to the cafe anymore. He tried sitting outside with the type writer, but his fingers got so cold that he couldn't type.

In the night I went to see Eskimo Joe at Knust. They planyed well and it was a nice concert. They left my 2nd favourite song until the end and didn't play my favourite song :frown: I liked the venue. It was quite laid back and there was a wide age range of people there. There were also no 'hey look at me , I'm so cool' people either  A glass of juice is 2 Euro. Good price:) I judge all bars/cafes on the price of juice.

I am a dictionary

I live with a German girl and an English boy.

They talk in the kitchen in English and German and I can hear them from my room.

Girl: Ich freue mich auf Samstag
Boy: Freue mich?? What is that
Girl: Ummmm errrr
Both: KIM??!!!!
Me *from my room* : I'm looking forward to
Both: Don't move out Kim! We need you!

hehehe

:D
