It is very normal to remember the things before, from time to time. Memories can help us to make reflection and summary. However, if we immersed in the memory of one thing or one flame of mind, the memory would affect our daily life, and that would value nothing.
Not only is it very important to learn how to remember things to be remembered, but also to learn how to forget things to be forgot, especially those unpleasant.
The best and effective way to forget those unpleasant is to focus on the moment and the future.
Make the moment be your coordinate, draw your attention and energy from the past to now and the future and discover brightness in your life now, if do so, you will find that no one is happier than you and your life is full of hope.
Next time when the memory troubles you, here is some tips to make yourself be easy and back to now. Just stand up and walk around, do some things at hand, talk to someone or do exercises, for example, raise up your arms or legs. All these could help you get rid of tiresome memories.
Life is enough happy in the future, those unpleasant memories could not stop you, unless you want it do, do you? You DON'T.

Does anyone agree with this view of earning the best quick cash? Let me know.

Some friends say they haven't seen my new posts here for a longggggg time, sorry for that.
I am busy with work these days, exhausted.

Desperately want to be relaxed and have a good long journey, maybe some one accompanying, or only me alone.
The sun rises up from the East and sets down in the West, day after day, "Every day is a new day!" I said to myself, though I didn't feel how new it is to me. Yeah,,,maybe tomorrow, tomorrow...

Learning of Foreign Languages
This morning i posted a blog on 语言学习忌(Taboos to Language Learning), what i am worrying about now is that it was written in Chinese, and that's the very problem as most of my friends here could not read Chinese, now, i am trying to supplement, and here is the translation:)
1. Focus on Learning Methods and Tips, never do the real things. The application of language is a kind of skill which could not be obtained by mastering tips, even that too much attention on methods and tips could drain us plenty of time and energy, which should have been spent on the contents of learning itself.
2. Speed and efficiency first, no repeat. Like every skill becoming of an ability, repeat is very very important, and language learning also needs continuing repeat, repeat of what we have learnt. And that is accord with the law of memory.
3. No perseverance. Difficulties are everywhere, there are no easy things to do. Those who have succeeded in language learning do not beated by difficulties, oppositely they always hold perseverance.
4. Ignore listening skills. Language could be sensed by sound, which acts on our brain firstly. If we don't do listening practice, but only do silently reading and reciting, we could hardly understand what the foreigners say or improve the reading level.
5. No practice. Language should be practised in real situation, and that's the goal to learn.
Want to improve yourself? Try to practise and hold interests in learning, that's the point!

Learning of Foreign Languages

Women are powerful and the power lies in their freedom;
Men are powerful and the power lies in their need of freedom.
A woman told a man, "It's you, you let me free!"
That is the truth.

One of friendly people here named NILOY MAJUMDAR, a student from India, comments on my blog. He said that he couldn't read in Chinese though he eagers to knowing the meaning. I feel really sorry that you couldn't read it. In fact, my blog on "正心修身", which means to cultivate one's moral character and keep in balance by rectifying one's mind, is a Chinese ancient prose i read recently in "大学" (Daxue). I was moved when i first read it as it is full of so philosophic thinking.
yes, I will take Niloy Majumdar's advice and try to blog here in English, so that most of my friends could read and share, but please forgive me if sometimes i blogged in Chinese, that's only for really good thinking and articles.
Thank you again for comment.
