Master Gaurav Goswami, the former international national champion,was always in quest of developing martial arts for the art of self defense and not as an offense. He had practiced Taekwondo along with other martial arts like Ashitedo Karate, Muay Thai, Free Arm Wrestling, Tangsoodo,Kick Boxing. Gaurav Goswami also founded a new fighting technique which he named as ” Defensive Attack”,which he think is very effective in sparring and in street fight.

Martial art is a passion for him. He has founded the organization in the year 2002 with a student strength of 2 only. He has been awarded with the honor for his contribution to martial arts by Indian association of martial arts. He has also been awarded as “A Certified Life Saver” for his contribution in society.He had started his organisation in the name of ” Hooghly Taekwondo Institute” which was later changed to “Hooghly Taekwondo Organisation” due to the increase of its territory.However on further extension it was named as “TRADITIONAL SCHOOL OF MARTIAL ARTS,INDIA”.The organisation is based in West Bengal but dreams to extend in every part of the country.
