Last sunday I spent a few hours out by the river. It seemed that almost everyone in Zemun had the same idea, the street by the river was crowded with cars and people walking so it was a good idea to find some better place to enjoy sunny but somewhat chilly day. That place was in upper part of Zemun, with some excellent viewpoints to the other part of river and to river itself.
A lot of activity.

Kimmie, those flowers looks really interesting, it was all around. I don`t know the name of it, they are really small, maybe 5mm in diameter.

That looks a most relaxing way to spend the day! Rivers are so fascinating, much more so than roads. Wherever they are in the world, they always seem to draw people's attention.

@ Cois - the best place to be near during summer are our two rivers; sitting in a restaurants on a water or near the water, enjoying good coffee or beer, lunch or just good company

And no, no fishing now. When I was a kid I used to go here and there, fishing for fun with friends. We usually got small fishes and sometimes smaller carp. One day my younger brother was the hero of the day with one almost 600g carp
