University applications and crap like that.

After my Cambridge interview for Economics yesterday, I've had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people. Really does make me question some of the people I know, how they don't realise that there is a whole world of interesting characters out there. Definitely opened my eyes a little.
The interviews itself went ok, though the interviewers really do not give much away when you are answering their questions. I personally find it difficult to give a concise non-waffly answer, so let's hope I had some luck on my side.
On a lighter note, after no word from a university in over a month. I pleasantly received an email today from UCAS saying my "status" had changed on the Track. Was excited by this.
Only to find the LSE, my top choice, had rejected me.
So now just waiting on word from Cambridge and Warwick, where I do not want to go... Leaving Bath to be my firm choice and Manchester as an insurance. Ugh, I really had my hopes set on LSE, being a student in London would've been amazing. So many people shun London for its dirt/scum etc. But I really love the city, for its atmosphere and vibrance. Maybe I have been an easy target for those holiday brochures but every time I go into London it still makes me feel excited and energetic.
This weekend is likely to be rather crap. Actually, life is going to be quite crap right now until I get over rejection. waheyyyy.
Two cannibals are eating a clown. One says, "Do you think this will taste funny?"
