Twice the World Cup action. We're giving you two ways to follow your team at the 2006 World Cup Opera style.

We are launching the Goal 06 World Cup Widget and Opera Mini version! Keep track of your team with live scores and breaking news updates and cheer and jeer your friends and enemies in our forums. It's almost as good as being on the pitch in Germany. You can do this in your home/work/train/pub/etc/etc/etc

Goal 06 Opera Mini Version:
We built a special version of Opera Mini, our small and awesome mobile Web browser, just for the World Cup.

How to get it?
- Open your WAP browser and go to: http://mini.opera.com/goal/, just follow the instructions.
The Goal 06 World Cup content is available in the site Bookmarked as "World Cup 06" in the Opera Mini home page.

If you want to keep you current Opera Mini version just visit this site "my.opera.com/community/goal" and Bookmark it. You can learn how to add a Bookmark to the Home Page of Opera Mini here.

Download the official Goal '06 widget in Opera 9 Beta 2. Click here for details..

If you are using Opera 8.54 or earlier versions, you'll need to download the new Opera 9 Beta 2 here and than just visit this page and click on the link above.

Hope you enjoy and we look forward to all the feedback you can send. Although our tech guys are very overworked we will try to add new features to the Widget and Opera Mini version of Goal 06, so if you have cool ideas just let us know and we will see what is possible to implement.

I can imagine a huge crowd using Opera Mini to check up on the scores. And web'n'walk is also very nicely visible up on t-mobile.de, great timing
