I will always believe Portugal can go all the way.

The World Cup's in Europe this year, and the South Americans (re: Brazil & Argentina) don't fend too well over on this side of the pond. I'd give Argentina more chances out of these 2 to get a rare South American World Cup win in Europe, Brazil are more names than class in my opinion.

France is done, no matter if Zidane came back or not. England will not get out of their bad playing slump with Sven at the helm, I think they're also missing Owen and Rooney. Spain have a good squad, but sadly we never win even with good players. Van Basten's Holland is overrated. Germany could do something with them playing at home, if they can already get to the final with one of the worst German sides ever in 2002, they could go all the way with home advantage.

But Italy are playing better than them, so sadly I see them winning it.

SCOTLAND will win the World Cup... Not this year though sometime in the future.. As my country are not in attendance I hope Sweeden wins.. Anyone but England is fine by me!!

It is hard to say at this point. I like to watch the first round of group matches to see how the teams are before making any real prediction. However - Germany with their home advantage and organisational strength, and Brazil with their bountiful talent have to be the main teams to look out for.

Here's hoping England is gonna pull off something, even though I'm brazilian... Hard to believe any side is going to take it from Brazil's hands though...

We have beat Brasil already last year. And maybe we'll do it again

USA got to the semi's with a lesser team last time. Now Donovan and Beaseley are 4 years more experienced and stronger. US still has the best keepers in the world and rise to the pressure of World Cup play. USA shocks the world.

Australia will waltz through the tournament and win it precisely because no-one expects it...

England will get past the group stages. They will lose in the knockout stages, unless they play Germany

Have to pull for USA but they won't win it. They do have the best team they have ever had but just not good enough. Brazil has always been a favorite of mine and will pull for them also but they will not win. Germany is my least favorite team but they will win it all .
