Yes Jill ! That' s the National dress here in Brunei. For men it is Baju Melayu made up of silk , any color they prefer but plain. For woman it is Baju Kurung also silk and printed.

Okay Jill , Baju Melayu is for men. Normally long sleeve , a little bit loose , and plain silk of any color. The trouser is straight cut . Baju Kurung for women is two piece. The blouse is either löng or 3/4 sleeve , below the knee and a little bit loose. The skirt is long as you can see at the pix. Printed silk material . But there' s a little problem . this is a tropical country so if you wear it , it' s warm ! I hope you got the idea.
