She is my half-sister and people tell us all the time how close we look. She is a sweety. Both she and her husband are teachers. They are both very nice and kind.
He also teaches self defense to people, which I think is great. He is writing a book about it now.

Not too bad today. Still have a hadache, but that will take time and so will the left leg healing.
