I should probably backtrack a bit first. Before you start becoming interested in others and publish on your site, make sure your page is correct.
A. The big picture, also known as the cover photo should be used as a branding opportunity. You can showcase your products and also include branding statement and the benefits of using your products / services.
2nd The small profile picture should be your logo. The reason is when you post, that is what will show up next to your comments.
