However, not everyone knows the great man behind this empire: Steve Jobs, who was listed by Fortune magazine as “The most powerful businessman of 2007”. Also referred as the co-founder and CEO of Pixar animation studio, this modest confident man built his empires up from bare hands, without any university degree. Talking about his success, Jobs consider it as the combination of three lessons about trust, passion and death which he’s learnt from life.

At very early days of human being, since a man stroke two stones against each other to make fire, creativity existed. It involved in every aspect of life, from maths to art, from agriculture to industry, from the day one is born till he dies. Despite its long existence, there’s still no complete definition for creativity. However, it can be simply referred as the ability to make new things from one’s own imagination rather than imitating something he’s experienced. Creativity exists on five levels.

Named as “the Global Leader for Tomorrow” by the World Economic Forum in 2007, Larry is a standard model, a significant example for the new great leadership style: a great leader must be able to select a good team, listen to them and guide them with his own clear vision.
