I am not new to the blogworld, but this is the first time I write an
English one. Originally I am Italian but I became, I don't know exactly when, sort of bilingual. I lived in England and in the States in different period, and I recently visited South Africa, a fascinating place where I will certainly return.
I do Italian and comparative literature research and teaching. Very soon you will be able to see my website, when I finish to create it, with more information about me.
This is an experiment I am making in order to improve my English "style",in writing, so if you notice any mistake or odd use of words and sentence, YOU HAVE TO TELL ME.
Sometimes I will even ask for advice, when I have doubts or uncertainties about something.
What else can you find on this blog?
Sometimes I will publish pieces of translation from English to Italian (literary translations, of course).
Sometimes I will comment on news and articles published in the web.
Sometimes I will comment myself on things that happen in the real world.
Sometimes I will link to interesting (for me, at least) resource on the web.
Sometimes I will say stupid things for the sake of it.
If you have any other suggestion on what to put on a blog, feel free to speak up!
