Goodness me, I listen to intelligent people on the radio having conversations about depression, anxiety, mood swings, suicide, drug popping suburbs in a world of crisis mismanagement, and I listen to their explanations of the symptoms that stay far clear from the real causes of a society that in all, continues to seek escape from reality.

Take for instance the topic of moodiness [one we can all relate to] how when someone under a cloud that noticeably affects all those around them, making you feel like your walking on egg shells, the so called "professionals" give names to these fazes like EMOtions likening to a bad smell, or to another "the dancing" yet having no answers to the cause or root of these "MOODS" but to say to that person "Can you tell me what is troubling you?" and beyond that its off to the Psychiatrist.

There are two swings to this condition, one is that the subject will be overt, reverting to abusiveness, temperamental, languish outburst of putting others around them down, puffed up in their self righteousness, mocking and slandering to the point of even enjoying the privilege above others. The second are those who sink into a well and ultimately want to drag everyone else down with them or become a recluse and try to shut themselves off from the world, and the more they spiral downwards, the more less-resistant they become.

The root of these conditions of moodiness are unresolved issues, be they of a political nature, religious, social, family, love affairs or of a particular person even multiple adversities in a persons life such as crime and wrong doing left unresolved that build up to a spiritual crises because that person cannot deal with the conscience of those particular situations. As a rule, people are not taught to be sociably adjusted with the breakdown of family traditions since the industrial revolution and so there has been a steady increase of violence in all its forms that has produced a world of dire critical need.

The Bible has been the guide-line throughout history, but in these last days has mostly been abandon in all its precepts but the answers to all liefs problems are recoded ~
Ephesians 4:18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of GOD, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness to work all uncleanness with greediness.
Yet the answer will be found a few verses down ~
Ephesians 4:25-26-27 Therefore, putting away lying, let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. If you get angry, do not allow sin to enter, and do not let the sun go down on your wrath!
Meaning don't leave your unsolved problems for another day, deal with it strait away, confess it and forsake it.
Galatians 5:14 For all the law is forfilled in one word, even this; "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
