Nope. Maine Coon, from a very good breeder. About the only way to tell from the picture is that his nose is not as straight as a Norwegian and he looks just a bit "feral". The Norwegian people (i.e., cat types) are proud of the Norwegians not looking too feral.
We go to about two or three cat shows a year, and there are tons of Coons on the east coast of the US and very few Norbies. They are sweet cats, though. I'm just guessing that if Mosby were a Norbie it wouldn't take half a box of bandages to get him to the vet.
