1940 Census Block 25 #3 Intermediary Thoughts

As the editor was doing Sheet 25, he dreaded getting to the Henrietta. That's a ton of people. However, as you will notice later, there really don't seem to be that many in 933 N. Was there an addition on the back after 1940? Was it a townhouse which got expanded? The editor does not know.
Also, the editor knows the folks living in 927 Tenth. Their house had to have been here in 1940. If isn't listed. There must be a reason.
There were obviously difference census takers between the 25 and 28 sheets. One of the things is that the 25 entries show a lot more movement from birth to 1935 to 1940. Most of the 28 entries show that the person was born, stayed in the same place till 1935 and then wound up in DC. The editor thinks the census taker for block 25 was very lazy. There should not be such a difference.
