For many months, the car below has been sitting in a perfectly good parking place on the north sice of the 900 block of M Street.
Heres the licence plate:
The left mirror is broken off, perhaps from day one of its visit.
It received a couple of tickets early for failuer to move for street cleaning, but the weathering of the tickets now makes them illegible.
None of the neighbors knows who owns it.
It's finally been called in for towing.
