Bad Web Site

Why do some companies spend tons of money on their website design and come up with a website that's nearly unusable? Don't know, but American Express is an example.
For various reasons, the editor was told that a poker set chip set was going to appear in the American Express points catalog. So he found tha catalog, and tried to access it in the Opera browser. It does not like the Opera browser, as many over-designed sites don't. Opera is a bit like an older Porsche 911. It's built for speed, not air conditioning and automatic transmission. Oh well, brought up Firefox.
Finally figured out whether or not the poker chips were listed in that catalog. But, as homework, see if you can do it in under ten mminutes.
Is this kind of nonsense the reason American Express is begging for one of those bailouts?
