A few weeks ago, the editor got surveyed, which was posted here.
Yesterday evening, at the dinner hour, a survey outfit called. First question: Are you the youngest male in the house?" Answer: yes.
Second question on demographics: Are you Caucasion/White, African-American/Black, Hispanic, Other? Answer: White.
No third question. It was thank you and dial tone.
The editor has no idea who was doing the polling, but presumes that it had to do with local politics, probably the mayoral primary in September.

No idea on the phone number. Some callcenter in the middle of nowhere is what it sounded like.
