"At Blagden Alley"

The editor was reading this from "the waiter". It's a blog the waiter started when he was a waiter in a fancy New York restaurant or two. Now his first book, on waiting and tipping, has made enough money that he doesn't wait anymore. But he writes well.
So the editor thinks he has seen a local version and googles "at Blagden Alley". He gets some hits. One, the now defunct "Flats at Blagden Alley" and also pulls up the "City Market at O".
"At Naylor Court" gets only stuff such as "Officers attended the scene at Naylor Court", but it's the one in England. Not at Fancy Lofts or Estates or Whatever around here.
