Yes, I know that there's always a comment about "it's really your fault for riding the bike. Most bike riders are whack jobs" from somebody. Most DC bike riders are perfectly sane and do pay attention to traffic and the rules, however. Now, the messengers on track bikes downtown are a different story. They also generally very skilled riders.
