The Blagden Alley and Nayor Court neighborhood knows this school. We went head to head with them about expanding on the 1200 block of Ninth Street in 2004 for a while. There is even a reference to the brouhaha here in the blog archive. The editor recalls someone badgering the charter school board for data on the school, finally getting it, but never having to bring it to light as the expansion to Ninth Street never happened.
