Blagden Alley and Naylor Court Jesting

From the "Crime Report"

The editor's wife always scans the crime report in the DC Weekly or Outlook section of the WaPo every Thursday. The editor listens, says to himself that it ought to go on the blog, and then forgets and tries to find it on the website Friday. Finding the "Crime Report" takes skill and cunning. He forgets what the section is named, since the WaPo seems to change the name of things frequently. Or changes the content and doesn't change the name. (If you looked at most of their current front pages ten years ago you would thought it was the Style Section. Which was the Womens Section at some point in history.) But I digress.

They had

M ST., 900 block, 9:40 a.m. July 17. Two people threatened a pedestrian and robbed her of a laptop computer.

That's all the editor knows. Those should probably also be covered in a bit more detail at the Blagden Alley and Naylor Court Association meetings. Generally, it's become a quite safe neighborhood, but you still just can't get stupid.
