Problems closing Flash ads in pages

,

There are a few separate discussions on problems closing Flash ads in pages, but I don't see it explained anywhere. The reason is work on security policies for plugins, we seem to be a little too strict now since we may block the "close" action of certain ads.

Sorry about this issue, we will keep working on it.

Glad you are working on it.
I wonder why there are no such problems in Flash 9 final...

Suspicious that problems are reported only on .pl domains.. Reminds me of the time a Polish domain was called instead of the Perl script bigsmile

There is one big advertising company that serves ads for the biggest polish portals. This is enough to make this problem very noticeable for polish users smile
And it seems that our ad providers are still in love with floating ads, while rest of the world already dropped it for being too intrusive.

And yes, this problem does not exist with Flash 9.

OK, I know what's going.

Flash 9 still does does not execute external Javascript. It just performs some internal command to hide flash object.
Which does not help at all, as 'div' element that encloses embed is still not hidden and prevents clicks through itself.
