Bit sore from Lynne on Saturday, scaled Hammer down to heavy puppy:

Three rounds of 40kg:
5x power snatch
10x front squat
5x snatch
20 pull-ups (lowered to 15 in latter two round; and as usual done as 130# lat. pull-down)
(rest 90s, which I completely forgot about)

times, bar separate from pull-ups:
1:03 1:22
1:24 1:31
2:49 1:24
Total: 9:44
