Partial times were mostly befuddled by a bad time device and a forgetful mind (damed that oxygen deprived state)

Pack level scaling, without wall balls:
20 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible, 10 each:
  • 7 kg dynamic thrusters,
  • Back Extensions,
  • Sit-up
14 rounds with 14 seconds to spare.

After catching my breath and a bit of recuperation, I did double under practice.
Managed some 2+1 in a row, until the handle of the rope broke, which also broke my concentration.

GH situp and backextensions

CFWU with fewer back and stomach work to accommodate the WOD:

Pack level, do four rounds of 20 GH sit-ups, to parallel, and 15 Back extension.

Double unders tech. work, managed some 2,1,2 and 2+1s.

Seemingly I did not remember the scaling correctly and was supposed to run 600m = 750m rowing, oh well.
Makes the next "Michael" all more challenging to beat this time.
