CFWU.
Pack level scaling, without wall balls:
20 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible, 10 each:
- 7 kg dynamic thrusters,
- Back Extensions,
- Sit-up
14 rounds with 14 seconds to spare.
After catching my breath and a bit of recuperation, I did double under practice.
Managed some 2+1 in a row, until the handle of the rope broke, which also broke my concentration.

Pack level, do four rounds of 20 GH sit-ups, to parallel, and 15 Back extension.
1:33 1:33 1:48, Total 6:37.
Double unders tech. work, managed some 2,1,2 and 2+1s.

CFWU with only 5 back extensions per round and a bit fewer situps, to accomodate for the WOD.
For time (15:26) do puppy version of "Michael", three rounds of:
- Row 500m, 15 backextensions, 25 situps

- 3:00 1:00 1:34
Progression work:
2x10 HSPU, Knees on barrier.
Seemingly I did not remember the scaling correctly and was supposed to run 600m = 750m rowing, oh well.
Makes the next "Michael" all more challenging to beat this time.
