Most popular essential oils

Humans have always been close to nature. Even in ancient times among a huge variety of flora, they drew attention to the plants with a pleasant or spicy flavor. Using them in combination with other representatives of flora, they learned to separate individual flavors. Thus, there were invented essential oils and aromatic resins.

Resins and extracts were used by the ancient Egyptians. At that time, the creation of essential oils was attributed to science. The ancients used it for embalming and healing. With the development of chemistry in Europe, the use of essential oils went into decline. Chemicals industry eclipsed natural medicines. However, in recent years, people more often speak about herbal medicine, aromatherapy and natural extracts. It can be said, that essential oils have been returned to mankind, with all their beneficial properties.

Today, essential oils are becoming more and more popular and widely used in cosmetology. Range of use is very different: aromatization rooms and bathrooms, changing emotional states, such as improving mental alertness, sexual desire, removing of apathy, relaxation and tranquility. In addition, their medicinal properties are very valuable and often used in the prevention of many diseases. Due to their high penetration and absorption into the body's tissues, essential oils and extracts have been successfully applied for improving and rejuvenation of the skin.

Tea tree oil. This essential oil is great for oily and problem skin. Due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, tea tree oil is effective in the fight against acne, and other purulent lesions of the skin. It includes a number of components, which almost can’t be found anywhere else in nature. Without going into details, it can be said that the composition of tea tree oil is one of the best oils, and it has a vast range of useful properties. This oil is widely used in various fields of medicine and cosmetology. To prevent oily skin it is recommended to add it in your creams and cleansers, for one drop in every portion of your cream or lotion.

Fir oil - fir essential oil is generally used for cleaning oily skin, reduce the presence of acne on the face, and other types of pustular rash, as well as rejuvenating skin. Has a good anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, smoothing and rejuvenating effects. If you have acne on the face it is recommended to lubricate it gently and clean it with fir oil several times a day.

Camphor oil - essential white oil is very effective in taking care of the problematic and oily skin. It is recommended for use in blends with vegetable oils grape seed, milk thistle, and black cumin. Stir 1 tbsp. spoonful of grape oil (or butter milk thistle) with 1 teaspoon of cumin oil, and add 3 drops of camphor oil. Just use this mixture as an oil lotion, cleaning your face every morning and evening. 20 minutes after the cleaning procedure you can wash up with cool water.

Lemon oil - can be used for a person with any type of skin. Has rejuvenate features. You can add it into your daily vegetable oil (2 drops for 1 tbsp.). Do not use lemon oil before tanning or going for a walk.

Today there are many types of essential oils that are available to almost everyone. However, if you use do not forget about methods of use, as well as possible side effects. Carefully follow the advice of experts, and you will get the best result.
