How to get over him

Traveling. Rocking outfits. Massage. Eating healthy food. Hanging out with besties. Acting like you are over him. Making yourself busy. But also letting yourself cry sometimes. Making more plans...
Will they help you really heal?
Will they help you really heal?
How to finally get over him?
People often said staying in touch with him just keeps you stuck in the past. You need to break off all contact: unfriend with him on Facebook, remove his name from G-chat and delete him from chat applications.
As a matter of fact, I have been trying but could not do that. I am not brave enough to get him off my mind by deleting him from my phone. Trying to imagine how would I feel if I did that? Regrets? Seems like I still want to know how that guy is going and what has happened to him these days. I think if there is something that makes me able to get over him, it will naturally happen one day, not simply because of deleting his name from my phone.
Not less than one time I wanted to get in touch with him, particularly whenever I saw him staying online on Skype. I thought I could talk to him as a friend again. Maybe I was wrong? That could get hurt again? My besties said Don't be insane! He's just gutless. Remember what he did to you. He doesn't deserve you.
"When you’re obsessing, try writing about how you’re feeling in a journal or in letters to him that you don’t send".
Just because I can't get over you now, it doesn't necessarily mean that I will be still into you. I am just in my own mess. I need to love and be loved again. But you are definitely not the one I will ever think of for my future.
