More Pain...

So here i was going to the orthodontist and i was gonna check my hair out then fix it and when i scoot over i use my hand and i turned my thumb inside my hand by accideent and next thing i noe im sitting on it and weeping out pain... i think i fractured/sprained it... HELP~! It hurts...alot...
