My six year old wanted monster trucks for his friends to paint at his birthday party. With not enough time to order any kits, I made these. He was SO excited.

1. 4 eggs 2. a can of sweetened condensed milk 3. a can of evaporated milk 4. a tablespoon of vanilla Blend until all is mixed. Heat up a small pot and pour about half or a whole cup of sugar. Let it caramelize Grab a cake pan big enough to accommodate the ingredients. Pour the caramelized sugar in, it doesn't matter if it doesn't cover the whole pan, it will when it's finished. Pour in the liquid flan. Grab a pot big enough to hold the pan inside. Cover the top of the pan with aluminum foil. Pour enough water in the pot to reach up to half of the pans height. Place the pan inside, cover the pot, and boil on medium to low heat for about 2 hours. After 2 hours, take out the pan, take off the foil, and flip the pan over onto a big plate. The flan should be upside down now, and the caramelized part will be on top. Eat the flan.

One of my earliest memories of the internet: the "you kicked my dog" phone call prank.Found this in front of my professor's office
