Windows XP Speed Boost Coming with SP3

A lot of people think that Windows XP SP3 was expected to deliver bug fixes and consolidate various patches.
According to the report of Devil Mountain Software, the performance of Windows XP SP3 was 10% faster than Windows XP SP2.
Their test result on OfficeBench:
Windows Vista : 90sec.
Windows Vista + SP1 : 90sec.
* Vista + SP1 is no faster than out-of-the-box Vista
Windows XP + SP2 : 40sec.
Windows XP + SP3 : 36sec.
