Autumn term started...

The 2nd term for Japanese Saturday school (Hoshuko) started today, and it was my turn to help/accompany/children on the way to/from the school on the bus. It was exceptionally chilly day.
Yesterday my two children were in a bit of a panic to finish their homeworks. We enjoyed our holidays to the full, and though it worked wonders for stimulating motivation to study the language, it wasn't enough to move my 'do-everything-at-the-last-minute son'. He had ignored my open offers to help him earlier during the summer holiday, and as a result I was standing firm not to overextend my arms and help him out of the mess. I could be really nice and do all his homework without involving him and we all could have felt a lot better, but I didn't. I could see him expecting me playing Doraemon, but I am not Doraemon. I stood firm, and they each went to their own rooms.
This morning, I woke up to find this piece of paper on the desk.
Now he got his sister as a substitute Doraemon!!!
What can I do to make our Nobita to plan and take control???
Anyway, here is a clip of Miracle Nanachan I found tonight. Hope you like it.

About the homework, yes I have this issue with 2 of my girls. They wait till last minute. You are doing the right thing, at least that is what I would do.
thanks for sharing,
Sarah

I couldn't help but laugh when I first saw the memo.
Come to think of that, I used to do things at the last minute, so it might have been due to my DNA!! Now I turned into such an impatient person.
