Its been quite a while since I last posted on this blog,just because i got busy with work online as a freelance provider and now, finally a regular job.

This one is so simple to do. Ingredients: 1 dozen of banana (saba,plantain, the starchy kind) 1 pack pita bread or raw spring roll 1/2 brown sugar 2 cups of oil Procedure: 1. Boil the bananas, cut then into 1 cm thick. 2. Melt brown sugar, with water but not too thin. 3. Dip in boiled banana strips into melted sugar and wrap it in spring roll or pita bread. 4. Make sure stove is in medium heat and then fry wrapped bananas till golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.

I lost 2 of my dogs today. A 1 1/2 year old Chinese Sharpei,Chanel and 3 years old pug,Gretchen. I cant tell you much about what happened but i would like to share this precious information to save your dogs from heat stroke.
