Honey, be careful about the rooms, looks like there is moisture in the walls, can lead to mold.

Honey, it looks like the roof leaks. When it rains the water is getting behind the walls.
Look at the color of the paint on the wall behind you. At the top, it's a darker green. That's a sign of moisture.
Saw it in other photos you have in the link you gave.

oh yes, i saw it along the stairs too. But its odd, it never rained that day.

In a bathroom one too.
Honey, it does't have to rain that day, the water leaks into the walls and causes the damage. It stays for a long time and turn to mold.

Honey before you buy one ask the realator about the water damage and if it will get fixed.

Sweety, just talk to the realator and ask them for a inspection. If the inspector finds a water leak you can have the owner pay for the fix.
