091121 - 1245-52: Sunday

In which I watch someone and his back-up singers say a little prayer, after all it is Sunday...
Have a headache.
The result, I think, of jetting around too much recently. Just got back from Boston a few days ago where I was attending a conference. The conference rated a 6/10; Boston 8/10 and the food, particularly my last meal at Aquitaine in the South End, 9.6/10.
Delish.
Anyway, the flight back was excruciating - small planes all the way, hunched over and uncomfortable. Since I got home on late on Thursday night, I've been sleeping like there's no tomorrow - although when you think about it, if there were no tomorrow, would you sleep at all?
Be that as it may. Sleep. So good. I think too that the grey, rainy windy weather is another cause for the desire for sleep. Nothinng like hearing a waterfall gush all night long from the water pouring off the roof over the walls to make you think you're in some tropical paradise where the air-conditoner has been left on for too long. Or something like that - don't forget, I have a headache.
My cure.
Two chocolate chip cookies for the sugar and antioxidants contained in the chips, and a half-glass of coffee made from beans that were ground up a week ago and were left sitting in the can.
Then I will go for a brisk walk around the seawall and jump in puddles, and lift my arms to the wind if any. With luck, the rain will wash away, and the wind will blow away the pain in the head. Why couldn't I take an oxycoitin like Sarah Palin's daughter's former boyfriend's mother, who was found guility of procuring or selling or something, instead?
There. I've mixed the personal and the political.
You know me so much better now.
This lovely video ganked from Bob the badger in Portland. To have shoulders as loose as the middle performer - that would help me in everyday life immensely.

9.6 out of 10.00? Sounds like a memorable repast.

It was indeed very memorable. ANytime you have lashings of truffle oil on anything, it's mostly memorable...

It's exactly this kind of sizist attitude that has sent the numbers of poor young men who are anorexic soaring. Soaring SKY HIGH....
