My day today

My joy in life is not money nor material possessions. My joys come from the simple things in life. Watching the kids play hide and seek with their pets and chasing their siblings and friends through the yard laughing like they have no cares in the world. Writing and loosing myself in a world that is mine and mine alone. Laughing at my dogs as they run laughing chasing one another or sitting quietly with them at the beach watching the sea lions.
My joy comes from laughing with people and crying with my friends. It comes from simply listening and being still. It comes from deep in my spirit from a source that is reachable by all who wish to seek it.
These are my joys, very simple and very plain. It is good to be free of all that keep us chained to the possessions and trappings of this world.
My joy comes from simply smiling.
