Bhubaneswar(Orissa)India: In congress(I)ministry’s S. Jaipal’s Reddy(Sudini Jaipal Reddy) who, represents from the “Chevella” constituency and holding various important portfolios under Congress(I)ministry has submitted his property list before the Government of India showing 43000 acres of agricultural land at "Meheboob Nagar" of Andra Pradesh, which is very near to Hyderabad sources said. In addition to this he has shown bank balance of Rs.5, 28,826/- as bank balances and residential house measuring 940 square feet at Hyderabad. He has also shown loan amount of Rs. 16, 93,402/- from corporate Banks and 38 lakhs from other sources, which also seems to be under cloud and doubtful. It is also matter of surprise that why did he fail to submit the present value of the land as well as the value of his house. "Meheboob Nagar" is a local city very near to Hyderabad and its adjacent landed properties are very costly. How did he acquire 4300 acres of land in that area, when most of the people of Andra Pradesh are homeless and fighting with their poverties. Even, if the cost of acre at "Meheboob Nagar" is calculated at the rate of one crore per acre, the value of the entire landed properties will be approximately 43000 crores excluding his house located at Hyderabad. In spite of availability of house and huge amount of landed properties, he availed loan from corporate banks and other sources to make his black money white. What are those other sources and why did he avail so many loans are also need to be investigated by CBI to access the real truth of his accumulated wealth and source of income. He has not cited the properties list standing in the name of his children and wife. He has not shown availability of any jewelry like silver and gold, and it is felt that, he might have opened lockers in different banks, and not cited the jewelry and some other valuable things available with him and with his family. The huge quantities of landed properties of Jaipal Reddy is a symbol of feudal lord system existed in western countries, which is known as “Jamidari Pratha” in India. Congress (I) is silent over the issues of Jaipal’s properties. In the year of 1969, when he was 27 years old, became the MLA of “Kalwakurthy” constituency of Andra Pradesh for four terms both under Congress and Janata Party banners. He has been elected to Loka Sabha five times. While he was Cabinet Minister of Urban Development, the Prime Minster appointed him to supervise XIX Common Wealth Games (CWG) in Delhi, and his involvement in CWG scam could not be avoided. Even he has not cited his ancestral properties standing in his names at present in his properties list submitted to Government. Obviously, it is presumed that he has accumulated the above huge properties during his political careers from 1969 to onwards, by exploiting public money of Indians, and Government of India supposed to initiate CBI investigation to access the exact truth to proof the fairness of democratic form of Government, which is by the people, of the people and for the people.
