My OperaRESERVATION BASED ON TALENCY AND POORTY

Hi friends,
Today one major problem in our country is the 'RESERVATION'.Yes;I am saying this as problem of the country in the other respect.I am not in the opposition of the reservation;but I am in the opposion of to whom this reservation is given.I am toatally agree with 'Shreemati Shalinitai Patil'who are the first leader in our country to persue this fact.According to me the reservation should be based on the following criterias:
1)Based on talency
2)Based on poorty
Today the advantage of this reservation is taken by the people who have well settled rater than those who are not setteled.This is badly affected to the students who persuing for good college and also the government job.Due to this fact talented students are discouraging which is very bad for the countre's future.Also due to reservation today in nearly all government sector we see the people at the lower cast are on the top place because of fast increament.
Government should give reservation to the lower cast(having poor income)and also to the poor open catagory peoples.This only can uplift the country from problem of poorty and mental degradation.
