Who will stand up for the Icelandic Horse and stop the abuse, the abusive equipment, the lack of horsemanship?
Is the USIHC bringing people who ride and train like this, from Europe over to the US, to teach Americans this style of riding and training?!?!
Why in the world would they do that??
Compare how these horses are ridden, to the treeless, barefoot, bitless video below (#2) or Stacey Westfall, doing free reining, bareback and bridleless.
Are the icelandic-style riders and trainers lacking in so much knowledge and horsemanship that they have to rely on equipment and muscle strength that they can't do what these ladies can do?
