So I was tagged or something. I'm not exactly what FOR...except that I seem to have to say 6 facts about myself. I was tagged by Mehran...I believe I am also supposed to mention who tagged me...anyway:

1. I will soon be beginning my sophomore year of college. I am studying math & physics at the moment, in the honors program, which means I have to take extra, boring, complicated classes that require a lot of painful things like reading, writing, and discussion (note: NOT sleeping...as in, ever.) AND write some senior thesis that has something to do with one or both of my majors (I'm diligently not thinking about that right now)...BUT all this trouble will reward me with not one nor two B.S. degrees, but two B.S.H. or something. ...

2. Those who remember me from last year may remember that I was working in food services; this I will continue to do, HOWEVER...I have been promoted! I will now earn a whole...get ready for this now...30 cents more per hour. ... ... . eh.

3. My lifetime goal of someday beating my dad at chess remains unfulfilled, but I am working on solving this sad, sad problem. Oddly enough (or perhaps understandably enough...), some part of me does not want to win.

4. My GPA is a pitiful, barely-scraped-through 3.01 right now. But I deserve it...actually deserve worse, in my opinion, but I have a theory that my English professor either (a) took pity on me and gave me a C that I did not deserve or (b) went mad. The latter of these theories seems more likely. Remind me to tell you the not-funny story behind that theory. Also, I am convinced that the professor of the only 'honors' course I've taken so far thinks I am a complete idiot and only gave me that lovely little A- because of that. Also, I know one guy with a 4.0 and he is the most amazing hard worker I've ever met...two jobs, completely full course loads, homework ALL the time...and the most incredibly nice guy, too. Really, really impressive.

5. My senior year is going to SUCK because my favorite people are either juniors or seniors right now. These include 1 physics major, 1 formerly-psychology-now-biochemistry/pre-med major with a math minor (shut up embry), 1 formerly-chemistry-now-psychology major, and 1 accounting and finance major with an economics minor (4.0 dude). My sophomore year may also be a bit complicated since the physics major is now dating the psychology major who was previously very flirtatious with the accounting major yet everyone is still okay with hanging out with everyone else...kind of... poor 4.0 dude. Oh, and apparently I have to learn programming just so I can understand the formerly-psychology-now-biochemistry/pre-med major with a math minor. [Not really...I just wanted to repeat all that. ...I still have to learn programming.]

6. ...*sigh*...I would like to quote my favorite webcomic and say that there's too much and so little feels important. ...summer depresses me...I feel so AIMLESS. sighsighsigh. Also, I feel like mentioning that currently near the top of my List of Hate right now are: (1) Usher's song 'Love in this Club' or something.... (2) Mariah Carey's 'Touch My Body' (spelling? don't care...)...I REALLY hate this song SO MUCH... (3) Jesse McCartney's song 'Leavin' or whatever. There are some more but I don't feel like mentioning them.

I am not tagging anyone else because (1) I believe everyone else has done this now and (2) I don't mind being last.
