Yes, where am I? Not running competitions! After trying to be veery positive and optimistic this spring, I realized quite fast that things where not as they should be. I have had one of my best training-winters so far, no illness, and plenty of time for training and resting, but my body did not responded to the training at all. When pollen-season came, it felt like I haven’t been training for years. After a quite hard physical start of the competition-season, I decided to have a break from orienteering, and focus on other things, which doesn’t mean I quit training, cause I still do, no shloppyfloppy stomach here,but I mentally needed a break as nothing felt fun anymore. A break I probably should have done a long time ago...

These days I am enjoying the sunny summer in Halden with all that includes, watching EOC live from web and preparing (!Planning, planning, planning whole nights…) for moving into a new flat (I am now officially bankrupped), and having a relaxing end-of-work-school-year.

Now I am looking forward to run Jukola and visit my 2nd homecountry Suomi, and after that time will show what will come…
