Damn. I had problems with compiling programs in gentoo. I thought for a while that the problem is in software but the problem seems to be in my memory socket. I'm just stupid that I didn't believe that problem could be in hardware even though error messages were allmost everytime segmentation faults. Anyway, problem didn't show quite easily, memtest had to run couple of hour for the first errors which seemed to be in the beginning of memoryspace. I did something that hided these problems from memtest like tweaking memory a bit slower but the problem was even worse. Windows and gentoo livecd couldn't start and memtest didn't show any defects. Then I did something that seems to be working: removed first memory module. Just feels a bit strange that memory-testing program didn't see any problems but leaving first memory slot free seems to be the solution. Oh, and I cycled those memories in slots so no memory module seems to be defect. Propably some contact issues in memory slot.

Now I am recompiling everything just in case my memory(or motherboard) did corrupt this system. After that I try to clean first memory-slot and try if everything would work perfectly.

So far so good with gentoo(allmost)
