This post should have been before the Intl night eveny, coz it actually took place the weekend before.
I went to birmingham, driving with 7 other people. we rent 2 small hatchback cars. it turns out that renting two cars only cost an extra £20. we thought it would be more convinient, since we are going to sleep in different accomodations. but, it turns out that paying the parking fees, and gas made it a bit more than that.
i met with some really nice people there in birmingham! these guys are beyond cool. They treat us like we are kings! a total change from normal life, hehehehe.
this is the house i was staying at, it is right behind the Aston Villa ground
and this one,
was in front of a chinese restaurant we sort of crashed in. In the space of 2 hours, 50 Indonesian kids went in there and almost gave the poor owner of the resaurant a heart attack!! LOL
Later on we went to Hard Rock cafe at Birmingham with some of the athletes. they are some crazy people! lol man, they can drink. the year before, i got pretty bad in the club, but this year, i manage to control myself, because i was driving >.< sux!
