When you soar high with Success , everyone is there to share it... You will feel as If you are on the top of the world ....Confidence will be very high which might result in over confidence too..



But when its a failure and you fall down it shatters your confidence too much because what is left after failure is only finger-pointing ...

It was and is very painful...Pain is similar to how you feel after falling down from a top of a stair case...

You will not be able to withstand it....I felt the same way...Probably that's the reason I keep thinking of something else during work.

This has been happening for some time now..My concentration has become very poor...It was OK about 1 year ago...I often experience sudden mood swings and instantly react to everything without thinking of the situation or the people involved.

@ Work I am not even able to do whatever I was used to some time back..


Some time back (3 months back) I was under so much pressure that I hardly used to eat or sleep properly...

There was no moral support , Only pressure from all directions ....
During one such time , I read a joke in Facebook..( It was not very funny , many people did not even react when I told them the joke ) but I laughed continuously for 30 minutes ...Tears came out of my eyes after I completed laughing...

I felt like I was relived ...and that feeling of lump in my throat had gone ...It was so healing..

I am slowly coming out of the shell..but thinking of this still hurts me and haunts me

I feel that at least few readers who pass by this post will have or would have had something like this to relate to..
