We have introduced a new time line for the screening process of our internships for our Oslo office.
In general, our screening process has three phases:
Stage I: First-line screening. Here we assess your CV, cover letter, motivation to work with us and your skills based on your profile. The more information and details on your skills and knowledge you have provided in your CV, the better are your chances. We also highly recommend that you send us any relevant code samples or projects you have created or participated in, f.ex. links to websites you have worked on, code sample you have written in your strongest language, etc.
Stage II: Second-line screening. At this stage, we are interested in assessing your technical skills further. This stage often includes telephone interview and / or a technical test.
Stage III: Finalists selection. This is the last and most difficult stage as we narrow down the applicants and select the final few that will receive a job offer. We gather all feedback from first and second screening, test results (if applicable), interview impressions and occasionally, reference check may be needed here.
The screening times between all the stages varies but all candidates shall receive some feedback within 7 days of their application. Also, please note that this information is applicable ONLY for our internships in Product Development department in Oslo office. For the other locations and departments, the stages and time lines can be different.
Deadlines: Final deadline for applications is 25 March 2012.
We will have two screening rounds. Each screening round includes Stages 1 to 3.
Screening Round February: All applications submitted by 22 February, shall receive feedback by 1 March 2012.
Screening Round March: All applications submitted by 25 March, will receive their results by 1 April 2012.
