Giọng hát sexy của Shakira kết hợp với chất giọng khàn khàn của Alejandro Sanz. Giai điệu mỹ latin dồn dập như những nhịp trống, đặc biệt là những đoạn điệp khúc với độ rung và luyến đặc biệt của âm “r” (đặc trưng của tiếng Tây Ban Nha Latin)... Tất cả làm nên 1 bài hát mà mỗi lần nghe mình đều cảm thấy rất hưng phấn và chỉ muốn nhảy múa

Cũng chỉ vì cái bài này mà ngày xưa mình trót dại lấy thêm 1 cô vợ bé, đã hơn 1 năm trời rồi, lâu lâu lại ghé thăm nàng vậy...

Một vài điều thú vị về từ ngữ:

* “payo” nghĩa là “not gypsy” nên “payita” có nghĩa là “non gipsy little female” hay gọn lại là “girl”. Đây là cách gọi nickname thể hiện tình cảm cho người mà mình yêu qu‎ý. Một ví dụ khác, có thể trìu mến gọi 1 cậu bé có màu da hơi ngăm đen (negro) trong gia đình là “negrito”.

* Trong đoạn “no te bajes ... no te rajes”, cả "bajarse" và "rajarse" có nghĩa na ná như nhau. “Rajarse” là từ lóng trong tiếng Tây Ban Nha Spain, nó có nghĩa là định làm gì đó nhưng lại thay đổi quyết định vào phút cuối.

* Trong câu “Es que no estoy echo de carton”, từ “carton” nghĩa là bìa cứng (dùng để làm hộp), dịch thành “stone” có gì đó hơi “văn vẻ” chăng?

* “pan” nghĩa là bánh mì, trong tiếng Nhật từ bánh mì viết bằng Katakana là “パン”, mượn từ tiếng Tây Ban Nha?
