To enable Task manager ! ( that might be disabled by Virus , your boss , company or... )
Do this !
Go to Start > Run > write " REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f "
